 + -1 moreWhen I initially phoned them I got voice mail and didn't leave a message, but they phoned me back within about 30 minutes after seeing the missed call. They scheduled the work the following week (at my request), but didn't show up at the scheduled time. I received a call from them about 5 hours later that he is a volunteer firefighter and had been out fighting a fire all day, and they rescheduled for the following morning (Christmas eve). They came out at the scheduled time and completed the work in about 40 minutes. They were friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and as far as I can tell, the work was completed well. They were happy to explain to me what they did, and I did not feel that, as a woman, they treated me any differently.
Description of Work: Fixed an outlet that had stopped working and fixed the fluorescent lights in the kitchen, which were intermittently not turning on.
