Description of Work: 1. No vapor barrier was laided down in basement. 2. Leaks between floor and walls. 3. I was to have foundation for fireplace, it was NOT put in.

+ -1 moreI wasn't here to watch him, and his short cuts resulted in poor quality and incomplete work. I do not recommend him in any way.
Description of Work: When my home was built, they put in the 1165 sq foot basement. He was suppose to put in a foundation for a fireplace and a vapor barrier to keep the moisture from coming up. He did not do either.
