Our inspection report was provided the same day and the radon test results were provided as soon as they were available. He let us know what he wasn't able to check because there were tenants living in the house. He gave us his honest opinion on the house when we asked him. It can be difficult to assess the thoroughness of a home inspection, but now that we've been living in our home for a while, I am confident our home inspection was thorough. I'm a sole proprietor. On very rare occasion, I may need to sub-contract a portion of your repairs. I'm centrally located along the shores of Lake Shelbyville, my shop is just SE of Findlay. Generally, we will discuss payment. It largely depends on the scope of the project. You and I will sit down and discuss completion goals, and if a large project, payment may be required in measurable and pre approved stages.
