+ -1 moreThe process was excruciating overall. The original bid was changed AFTER the contract was signed, all under the guise of "unavoidable fee" such as "your old windows contain lead paint, so you have to pay a special fee to have them removed". I was bombarded with calls during the entire process telling me that my windows have been ordered, then they were in the warehouse, then the were at the contractors sight, etc. Two different people came to measure the windows about 2 weeks apart. I wish I had just used a local handyman. Worst of all, the paperwork was like closing on a new home.
