Even with the extended hastle (5 months) of getting unincorporated Cook County permits Terance was there for me to calm me down when it got frustrating. The quality of work was excellent all the way thru the project. Once permits were obtained, the project was completed in a couple weeks. And the final cost was exactly as quoted. Thanks to Terence and staff for our bedroom remodel. I have already contacted him for more work."

They came out to do the work as soon as we approved the estimate and they worked every day until they were finished (approximately 2 weeks). The did a good job and we will use them by again."

They all worked together well and seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. Long days for them and several times I was telling them to â go homeâ , lol. They were great to work with and were always professional and listened to any concerns we had. If something wasnâ t quite right they would fix it. Weâ ve had workers here many times, but these guys were the neatest in regards to cleaning up debris and garbage. The finished product is beautiful and we are very happy with the project.
