Hired Brad to redo an entire bathroom shower in a condo we were selling. Tore it up and put in a new one quickly and affordably. Mentioned we were going to paint and he said he could do that too. Everything was done well. Great value, great work, would hire again.

They remodeling my kitchen last year, tore down wall, scraped popcorn ceiling, did fantastic work! So I called From the Roof Down for a redo staircase, they did a staircase railing that is absolutely fantastic! They redid the whole staircase and we are thrilled!

From the Roof Down did a very fine job. I loved the fact they were a one stop shop and took care of everything. They were polite, they were here when they said they would be. Everything was great and I appreciate working with them!

We hired Brad and Tom after interviewing multiple companies. We liked the fact that it was just Brad and Tom doing most of the work and didn't have multiple people coming in and out of the house. They provided a timeline of how long the work would take and met that timeline. If we had a question or a concern Brad responded in a timely manner and sometimes would come over to the house to discuss the issues or concern. Brad and Tom worked within our budget and didn't expand the budget when there was extra cost. After the project was finished Brad came out to fix some minor things that were found by us. With that said there was some communication issues as fixtures/finishings were bought without our approval. We requested a budget document that listed a budget for each item that we needed to pick out that we never received. The project was completed on time but the last week was a rush to get things completed thus the quality of work suffered a little bit. At end of the project there wasn't a formal final walkthrough with Brad and Tom. Overall I was satisfied with work that was completed by Brad and Tom and I would recommended them.

Very professional. Very funny. Lots of knowledge. I had picked out a door to be installed, and they found me a better door at a lower price. The door that was replaced had a transom window above it. I went without the transom window. The new door looks like it has always been here, It looks great.

If you are looking for a contractor that is honest, reasonable, know what they are doing and have a great eye for detail, you need Tom and Brad. If you are looking for a contractor to remodel your bathroom you must read this review. When we hired Tom and Brad to remodel our bathroom we had several concerns: 1. Too many contractors coming and going in and out of our home, 2. Meeting deadlines, expectations, 3. Reasonable, Honesty, 4. Communication. Tom and Brad exceeded our expectations in several ways: 1. We were given a two-week time frame to complete the remodel of our bathroom. It was completed in five (5) business days. 2. When they said, they would be at our home, and were going to do something, they did it! 3. They were a team that worked very well together and it was only the two of them in our home. 4. They communicated with us daily so we knew what to expect. They did such a great job we had them remodel the floor in a second bathroom. Once again exceeding our expectation and completing the project in three days. I have never seen my wife this happy (and me)! Brad and Tom came in and tore out my existing kitchen including soffits, ceiling, floor and a wall that used to be a dining room. They redid plumbing that was hiding in the soffit, reran electric, installed can lighting, new and additional outlets, switches new cabinets, crown molding, touchless kitchen sink faucet and porcelain flooring including grout giving us a huge, beautiful eat-in kitchen. They did not stop there, they continued through the remainder of the first level of our home by scraping popcorn ceilings in living room, foyer and halls to give them a smooth finish (they are like glass). Then to the powder room to demolish and remodel with a new toilet, vessel sink, faucet, lighting, cabinet and yes, more porcelain tile. It does not stop there, all doors (8), baseboard, shoe and window casements were replaced to, they did the stain and polyurethane off site to minimize mess and odor (how cool!) and delivered a finished product. They even took the time to take care of some small incedentals that they would not charge me for. This was a major remodeling job in which I contacted other contractors to bid, two others came in and after they did alot of head scratching and saying "I don't know" several times left me uncomfortable. When Brad and Tom came over they conducted themselves with the highest degree of professionalism, demonstrated a good work ethic and gave better ideas and suggestions that I didn't think of. I hired them on the spot. I cannot say enough about these guys, their skill, workmanship, knowledge and personalities exceeded even my highest expectations. I got to tell you, if you are thinking of doing what I did or anything small or large, you have go to call these guys. Kudos to From the Roof Down!

Brandon Tom are great guys, I recommend them highly. Hand them out to the house a couple times after the bathroom remodel just for some things that I needed done, they came quickly took care of everything I needed and I couldn't be happier, they gets five stars from me, And they're on my quick dial… You all should do the same!! My wife and I were very satisfied with their work. Some contractors have subs, so you're dealing with various different people, with From The Roof Down it is only Brad and Tom. They are a one stop shop, if you have an idea or project they will do it. Both Tom and Brad are very personable and welcome any questions during the project. Again, I would highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for work done within their home.

Brad and Tom were a God send. After several disastrous interactions with other contractors, we took a chance and were never sorry! They came in, quoted the job,and never varied. Along the way, we added smaller projects, and they always obliged. They were meticulous when they worked and continually stressed the importance of communicating any concerns or questions. Even with all the minor projects we added, they were done in about 2 weeks. They came when they said they would and even showed up early. Many times I would look out the window to see the van waiting on the driveway to begin work, but they never disturbed us by ringing our doorbell too early in the morning! They were respectful,to us and our home and never left for the day with a mess left behind. The transformation to our garage was astounding. Tom and Brad were always pleasant and accommodating, and the jobs were first rate. I would recommend them to anyone looking for remodeling. You absolutely will not be sorry!
