Done Right Professional Services

On November 16, 2019, I engaged in a business transaction with Done Right Professional Services to install my Christmas lights on my outdoor tree. There were several reschedule dates to meet Done Right busy work load. Never in the entire period between November 16 and December 13, did the representative advise me that the company was unable to extend itself to new customers. Had I known that their customer base was filled, I would have found an alternate firm. Unfortunately, my outdoor tree remained bare and without decorative lights. I am total exasperated and will always remember this poor business arrangement. I even referred this firm to my neighbor before my own unsetting discovery. The current client list has every right to appreciate the excellent work this company provides. I had seen photos of work done by Done Right and admit that the photos are exactly why I felt excited about approaching the company. However, my experience, and that of other dissatisfied potential clients, speaks to the rather poor treatment of prospective new business. There is a way to manage work overloads with courtesy and regard – neither of which I received.

They did it right. They were professional, courteous and fast. They did all my screens, cobwebs and everything and they got it right. I'd give them A plus plus. They were great. They were quick. They got busy right away. They showed up on time. They were awesome. They were complete professionals.
