Simon did a great job with all the cleanup for me. He took time to explain what he was doing as many times as I needed. And he did not make any changes to his work without letting me know his suggestions and reasons. He patiently answered all of my questions and was always on time to appointments. His work and customer service are great.

They deserve ten stars! Simon was amazing! Appointment was at 7, he arrived promptly at 6:55, told me the job would take 2 hours, it took roughly an hour and 45 minutes, due to his efficiency. His professionalism was unparalleled. I was one happy customer! If all pros were like Simon, it would be a miracle.

Did a very very clean job. The path way was taped well. Regular updates given and work was done quick. Would recommend this company. This company in itself is not expensive compared to others but this industry as a whole is expensive. This industry knows home owners have no option but to get this done so they have high pricing power. Well may that is the price we have to pay hazardous products installed years ago.

Great service so far, and other positive reviewers leave me feeling we will finish with a good experience too. We are in the middle of our project to have asbestos floor tiles removed. We have completed the permits process, and scheduled to do the actual work soon. Chgo Environmental also recently completed the same work in my condo building, and I heard that project also went well for that other customer. I worked with Simon; he is professional, courteous, answered my questions and delivered his proposal within 8 hours after we met for his survey of the workspace.

Chicagoland Environmental was a great company to work with on having our attic insulation abated. They were easy to communicate with, clear about the services they were providing, and competitive with other quotes in the area.

Simon and his team have helped us out a couple of times with having asbestos tiles removed from our new house. They are thorough, friendly, and do a great job of explaining things to us first-time house owners. They've gotten both jobs done quickly and efficiently on short notice. I'm having a lot of work done on my house and I really wish that all companies were like Simon. From the first contact, he has followed through on every single thing, showing up on time, doing exactly what he says he will do, etc. His crew was fast, professional and so clean. I mean, they left the space in better condition than when they got here! Simon's communication is excellent. He explained things clearly and in an easy to understand way. He checked in with me throughout the job, keeping me up to date with the progress of the job. He was very flexible and responsive to anything that I asked or needed throughout the job. He followed up with me after the job was completed, making sure that everything was good and if I needed anything else. His prices were very competitive and fair.
