ceramic tile
+ -1 moreI ordered Pergo Laminate through Century Tile. I purchased the tile and received a bill before the tile was delivered. After the tile was installed they had the wrong color of one of the back splash pieces. We went back and forth for about 3 months before my job was complete.Century Tile was not good about getting in contact with Pergo to get the problem resolved, we had to do it all ourselves.. That was alot of money to pay upfront for it to not be correct and to not have any assistance. They also did not offer any discounts for the inconvenience. The service was not good and I would not use Century Tile again.
Description of Work: Installed tile flooring.

+ -1 moreThey came out and measured three rooms and installed the tiles. They were fair. They gave us options and let us make our own decisions. They had provided a good product at a good price. Their service was also good, and it was a very positive experience.
Description of Work: We had used Century Tile a couple of months ago to install tiles.

+ -1 moreThey were very professional, pleasant and courteous and worked quickly. There were no problems. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I couldn't have been more pleased. There were several installers and they were ALL great, VERY conscientious and flexible. Even though I was present from beginning to end, I felt they would have done a great job even without me being there.
Description of Work: Century Tile, Sue Bleck, sent Central Tile ,Mike Roppo, as the contractor who expertly installed marble flooring and ceramic wall tile in the bathroom. Sue Bleck was my sales person at Century Tile. I recommend her highly for her knowledge-ability and patience. I really appreciated her help. Also Century has a good selection and I find their prices reasonable.

carpet installation
+ -1 moreI have no complaints. They arrived on time/early-2 men. They worked cleanly and neatly. Everything was immaculately done. I was home the entire time and they worked around me and were VERY considerate. They worked nonstop for about ten hours or until everything was complete. Of course I removed all breakables to the kitchen myself before they arrived. They also took the time to explain or ask if any communication was necessary during the procedure so you are completely satisfied. I felt perfectly comfortable with them in my home and highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again.
Description of Work: Sue Bleck was my salesperson. She assisted me in choosing the carpeting and padding. I find her very pleasant to deal with. I changed my mind several times and asked lots of questions and she was great. I had carpeting installed by their installers (Greater Chicago Installation) who installed carpet in three rooms, disposed of the old carpet and moved three rooms of furniture. Everything was done very professionally. I really appreciated how careful they were with all of my furniture and how kind they were to me. I am very satisfied with how the carpeting turned out. They make sure you are pleased with everything before they leave.

+ -1 moreSue Bleck assisted in finding the right tile for my own. She was very patient and knowledgeable. Everything went very smoothly. Mike Ropo was the installer. He did an excellent job. Sent two very polite and personable installers that did a great job.
Description of Work: They installed granite floor tile.
