+ -1 moreThe experience went good. We haven’t had any more problems. We’ve been at home for 30 years and we just had some bugs. I don’t know how it happened but we just had couple of bed bugs. Now they’re gone. It’s a very clean home. We tried to take care of it ourselves but we just decided to have them in. He was accurate, thorough, said he would come back if needed and respected my home. My husband and I were pleased. I have not seen any more bugs.

+ -1 moreHe was quick to respond to us. He was very friendly and accommodating. I have not had a problem since he sprayed. If I did need someone again I will call him. He did not pressure me into purchasing an ongoing contract with him.
