Description of Work: I purchased a spec house that they built. It was in the contract for them to grade & seed the backyard & grade & sod the front yard. After 6wks. of ownership nothing had been done & the phone calls ignored. So I contacted my Realtor who contacted him & told him, if it didn't get done then he had to sign over to release the money from the Title company, so that I could get someone else to do it. He relented & had no interest in doing it & had signed papers to release the money back to me. What a mess this has been!

They are very friendly and they have given me many plan options. they build whatever you want which is refreshing. they finished our basement for a great price. Our house is 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so this is an amazing price. They are building our house a month ahead of schedule.
