Larry was punctual and professional. There were some problems with the initial installation of my alarm system (years ago) by a different company. Larry identified and corrected them. He never once bad-mouthed the previous provider. I also appreciated that Larry took the time to explain everything to me and to make sure the job was done perfectly before he left.

This allowed me to eliminate my land line phone service which saved me the monthly cost of the land line service. Now I don't have the worry of someone cutting my phone lines. I am being monitored by services provided by D'Joy Alarm Systems, Inc. I would highly recommend their services.

Larry arrived before the scheduled time and was quickly on the case. Having had dealt with him just last year it made the process very comfortable. He and I located all the areas where the system would be mounted and he laid out in detail the procedures to follow and the equipment i was receiving. He estimated a time of completion and came in well under. walked me through operation until i was completely comfortable using the system.

Larry arrived, explained the installation process, installed the equipment, showed me how to use it and explained how everything worked. All of this was done very professionally and I would strongly recommend their services to others.
