+ -1 moreCame out the first day and had to reschedule because the guy couldn't figure out how to get the drawers out. Came back another day with two people to get the drawer out. Changed a part which didn't fix it. Came back a month or so later and did the same thing again. Still didn't fix it. Had another company come out and they actually did a diagnosis and found that the problem had nothing to do with the part they were changing (and he knew how to get the drawers out all by himself!)
Description of Work: Changed a part in my refrigerator. Did not fix the problem so they came back and changed it again. Still didn't fix the problem.

+ -1 moreThey did a good job and I liked them. They were very thorough in checking my dryer and they gave me several options, which I liked. Instead of just saying I needed to replace it, they gave me options and I liked that idea. They showed up on time which was good. Their demeanor was good. They told me it would cost more to repair than it would to replace it.
