Description of Work: We have a rather large circle asphalt driveway that had a significant number of cracks to be filled as well as normal sealing. I had requested estimates from both this company and the company in our home town. Steve came out within a week and left us his estimate where he said he would, and he called before he came to make sure it was a convenient time. The other company came out pretty quickly as well, but preferred to mail their estimate. Straight Line's estimate was significantly lower than our hometown company, and even though I prefer to spend money locally, the deciding factor was that Steve and Straight Line have always been friendly, prompt and professional. Our local company can only be bothered to come give an estimate if it's a slow time for them, and they never act like they actually want our business. Once I decided that we were going to use Straight Line, I called to ask them to put me on their schedule. By happenstance they were able to work us into their schedule the very next day. They showed up when they said they would, filled the cracks, sealed the drive and had trimmed away all the grass near the driveway. Steve had called me to check for my satisfaction before I even got home from work, and stressed to me that if there were any problems I found he wanted to know about them. I am extremely satisfied with the job and would recommend them to anyone.
