He said maybe he could come back in 3 or 4 months and clean it again for half price. I told him that was not acceptable and that I would never use them again or tell anyone else to. He then said OK, I will come back and clean it for free but could it wait a little while until we get another job closer to your area. I said yes as long as it was not a lengthy wait.
