Description of Work: Ed Gund construction replaced a roof for me after hail damage. This company promised to handle the insurance company and replace my roof. The job on the roof took several months to get done. This was not entirely their fault as late spring storms had damaged many homes over a very large area and the insurance company dragged their heals on paying for the roof. After a great deal of haggling with the insurance company and several different inspectors and one engineer they finally agreed to pay for the entire roof. However, I had to do about 50% of the work with the insurance company despite promises they handle all of that!! the roof was completed in a timely manner, once work could begin. The job was done well but I had to have them come back out to fix several spots that were bubbled up. They fixed most of these but a few could not be fixed. The other issue I had with them was that they "have an office in the area" but no one answers the phone and when I tried to find it on Google maps it appears to be someones home. For a company that works and has offices all over the Midwest this was a bit sketchy! To get them to fix the bubbles I had to track down a secretary, whose cell number I luckily had, and call her repeatedly until they finally came to fix the post instillation problems. But they sure were quick to get the final check!!
