"[Member Name Removed]'s house was cleaned on December 18, 2015. As you see her response was over two months later, on February 25, 2016. On December 18, 2015 I, along with seven other people, for a total of eight cleaned her house top to bottom. We spent three hours there, that is a total of 24 hours of cleaning. When we were finished, I along with [Member Name Removed] walked the entire house and inspected it. [Member Name Removed] told me that the house was perfect and that she was extremely happy. She set up a regular cleaning every two weeks. She did skip her next regular cleaning because of New Year's. Four weeks later we went back. I sent two ladies and they cleaned her house. When they got there Colete informed them that there was one thing that got missed on the first clean. That was one vent in the wall in the basement. My ladies immediately cleaned the vent in the wall and asked her if there was anything else that she was not happy with. She said no everything else was perfect. They cleaned her house as a normal. Twelve days later, which was two days before her next regular cleaning, [Member Name Removed] calls me with a laundry list of things she was not happy with. She said that the complaints were from the first original cleaning in December and some from the cleaning the ladies did 12 days earlier. I explained to her that had I known within a day or two after first time clean that we would've been back to fix any issues that she was not happy with. I also informed her that she walked the house with me and told me everything was perfect and that she was extremely happy. She also walked the house with my two ladies after they got done and said everything was great. She then sent me pictures that showed things that were dirty, but again it was 12 days later. The items very well could've been dirty, not because they were not cleaned, but because it has been twelve days since her last cleaning. She then proceeded to tell me that she wanted us to come back and re-clean her house for free. I explained to her that we were could not come back and re clean for free, due to the time frame of her complaints. I explained to her that we should've been informed of the issues in a timely manner and I would've been more than glad to send someone to fix the issues. She was not reasonable with me on coming up with a solution to fix the the issues. We have been in business over 17 years. We have never had this issue before. Our work speaks for itself! We guarantee our work. If there are any issues, with in a reasonable time frame, we will come back and fix it, at no charge."
