I recently had foot surgery and needed to use a commercial lawn service for 6 weeks. In the process of caring for our lawn, they knocked the plastic cap off the top of one of the irrigation heads. We called Ty at Hawkeye about replacing it, and within a day he was here and it was done! Their service is outstanding! Bill Hunter

I had hit the lawn sprinkler pipe while digging up the front yard and couldn't find the sprinkler head, so I wasn't sure what I needed to get. I called hawkeye and they were able to make it out the same day to fix it. Communication was great and did a good job for me. Thanks

HORRIBLE!!! The owner of Hawkeye Irrigation showed up and was hostile, argumentative and absolutely refused to accommodate even the smallest of requests. ALL, yes ALL, of the neighbors have been forced to deal with this terrible service provider as it is part of living in Hawthorne Hills. They warned me to use anyone else, but being new I thought they were being overly picky. I should have listened. Our lawn is dead, ground is cracked, and the only things that survive are weeds. Neighbors crab grass looks amazing (see photo). Now, we have to water ourselves (see photo) with a hose, pray for rain, and shop for a real contractor to fix this mess. Side note, this review only pertains to the owner and not his crew who all were very hard working.

This was a great company to work with all of the employees seem to be very knowledgeable and new exactly what they were doing. I've had questions about my system since the install and they had same-day service to help me get my problems figured out. The maintenance technician even gave me his personal number for future problems

Hawkeye(Ty) was the only Pro to show at the schduled time. His presentation was organized and very professional. He provided information both verbally and written to include sprinkler options and financing options. The Project Manager was great also. He walked me through the system assuring I understood the setting which he had programmed for me, thank goodness! Over all I am very pleased with Hawkeyes service to date. My lawn recovered quickly...I highly recommend Hawkeye!

Ty and his crew was hampered by weather however, they got the job done quickly when the weather broke. I will definitly use them again if the need arises
