They sent out two technicians. I did not have hot water in my shower. They charged me 250.00 dollars for a part my daughter's boyfriend took out and put old one back in to get it to work. They couldn't do it.

Much less expensive than another company we called. Paul was very nice on the phone and very honest. Said that they would be out between 11AM and 1PM and they were here at 11:10AM. Good work. I have no complaints.

The person doing the work failed to say that once he took the AC ducting down to get to the pipe, he wasn?t putting it back in place since he wasn?t a HAVAC person

Excellent service and work, fair pricing!

Paul was straightforward from our first phone conversation with my situation and pricing. His price was less than half of what the Well-known companies quoted. Paul s techs called when they were 15 mins away. They realized quickly that our current 40-gallon tank water heater could not be replaced with another 49-gal because of the lack of space in our utility closet. He thoughtfully explained that a 30-gal would be sufficient for our family because they are so much more efficient now. He left to go get a 30-gal and they hooked it up in no time. Tom was the tech I spoke with though the guy he was with was equally polite (and patient with our curious little dogs). I will recommend this company whenever I can!

We talked over the phone and over emails the project (replacing 2 water heaters so over few 000's job) got their quote (compared with few other) and we agreed on the deal / date - they arrived right on time did all the work , cleaned all the rubbish in about 2 h's . it was like nothing had happened and all is working fine. The crew of the 2 technicians was nice. Very professional and from I think trustworthy.

Dynamic Plumbing was very responsive and quick. They determined the problem with my water heater (a bad starter), figured out some other potential upcoming problems and recommended me two courses of action - one cheaper and one more expensive. When I told them I liked the more expensive one (replacing the whole unit) but my budget wasn't ready for it, they figured out a great solution where another client of theirs recently had decided to install the exact unit I wanted then a week later changed to a different larger one for their house. Because of this, they had an extra 50gal heater available as an open-box unit that they offered to install in 3 days for less money. I went with it and they came back 3 days later and made quick work of the install. My only complaint would be that the pipework they fixed as part of it was installed a bit crooked. Completely functional, but doesn't look great. And one recommendation to the company would be to ask for any other small jobs that could be added on. I only remembered later that day that I had 1 other plumbing job that needed a fix and would likely have been a 1hour job for them, earning them some extra cash and saving me making two appointments and wasting their time/money with extra driving to my place. Anyways, very professional and quality work. Thanks guys!
