The woman on the phone was very pleasant, and Paul who came out to look at the job was very well spoken and seemed to be trustworthy. The problem was that while Paul spoke like he would be the one completing the work, he was not there when the workers showed up to do the job. The two guys who showed up didn't really know what to do fully until they called to confirm the job and requirements of it. They installed the copper pipe for a tub and shower, and also installed the tub and it's drain. They didn't cover the tub when soldering the pipe and left marks in the tub from the dripping solder. They also did not have the necessary items to install the tub. I had to provide them with lumber for the bracing, and they didn't have any shims either. They left without getting shims to complete the work. While they did ask if I could do it later, I felt like it was very unprofessional to even ask the question. Yes I'm handy; yes I could do it, but I'm paying them close to 900 dollars to do it themselves. Not only did this all occur, but they also put a hole in my kitchen ceiling from the plumbing they installed. (I think they put a couple small pieces of wood under the plumbing to push together the PVC elbow and pipe, but only managed to push the elbow through the ceiling.) They knocked 50 bucks off, but the whole point of having them install the tub was so that this kind of thing didn't occur if I had tried to install it. That was not the last thing to occur either. They failed to test the new plumbing and when my wife took a shower in the adjacent bathroom the next morning we found that there was a leak in the newly installed plumbing. There was about a half inch of water on my kitchen floor, and a drenched ceiling that needed to be repaired (again after I repaired it the night before). They did not offer any more money back, but they did send out the same guy who worked on it to repair his mistakes. Overall, I felt this company didn't do what I wanted out of them, and in the end regret paying them as much as we did. Yes the work eventually was completed, but only after several mistakes and my kitchen ceiling needed to be repaired (twice). I do not suggest hiring this company as the workers were not professional at all and really screwed up the work they did complete. Everyone was very nice to talk with, but the work was not worth the money we paid. I give them a 1 Star Rating overall, but a 3 star Customer Service for having been able to get a guy to repair the work on a Saturday.

I guess the main problem is that they don't patch the wall when they are done so you have to get someone else to finish the job. I think a lot of money for an unfinished feeling. Nice worker and phone person.
