Great response and quick install and very efficient and helpful with my questions. As a result of my experience, I will likely reach out to them for future plumbing needs. I recently have experienced a problem with the hot water heater and have reached out to Dynamic for them to come and take a look as I have lost some heat with the water temperature. I will see how well they respond to my request for help. Stay tuned. ...Well Dynamic followed up on my issue with my Hot Water heater very promptly the next morning. Turned out it did not require a visit and the issue was resolved . I will definitely contact Dynamic for all my future plumbing needs.

Paul called me right away and dispatched his team. They were prompt and professional and courteous. They did not really clean up after themselves very well. They took the old heater away but left the box in my garage in a giant garbage bag along with a piece of PVC tubing they took out, Now I have to work around that until I can put it out in the garbage next Thursday. Like I do not already have enough stuff in my garage. I would have given them a 5 if not for that.

GREAT JOB--ON TIME AND ON BUDGET

I was recommended Paul by Angie's list. He immediately responded for the job. I delayed my job but he was in contact all the time when I texted, called. He even talked me through shutting down my hot water tank. When I finally was ready for the job He again was in constant contact via email and texts. The day of the job was in contact as well , workers showed up even a bit early, very nice ,answered all and got job done quick! Highly recommend this company. Great customer service and satisfied!!
