2 months after the manhole was rebuilt cracks started appearing in the concrete pad around the manhole. The concrete was rated 10,000 psi and the work guaranteed for life. 6 emails from the purchasing manager and controller and numerous phone calls over 2 months failed to elicit the courtesy of a callback. The fear is the water will infiltrate the manhole shell through the cracks and damage the new manhole. The work cost $8,775.00. T Dotson's Draintech does not stand behind their work. They run and hide!

Thurman did a great job. He used a backhoe to dig up behind my front planting beds with bushes, sprinkler heads and underground drain pipes for the downspouts. There was no damage done to any of the obstacles. He was a master with the machine. The pipe was sheared off from the foundation wall. He cut out the damaged section and installed a new PVC connector with a new cleanup. All was completed in about 4 hours. Guaranteed for 10 years I was expecting a large expense and his price was much lower than other estimates I had gotten. I definitely recommend his work,

Thurman was very friendly and knowledgeable. This repair was needed on a Saturday and there was no hesitation for him to come out on a very cold Saturday morning. I would recommend him to friends and family.

This guy was awesome! We had a bad leak that was going from our first floor bathroom to our basement. Fast response, the owner himself was out here within a couple of hours. He was able to pretty easily identify a pretty tough problem (corroded pipe in the wall), an saved us a ton of money by not immediately tearing up our tile floor and instead, went to the source in the wall. We will definitely be calling this guy again!!

I contacted T. Dotson and he utilized his brother Randy Dotson from Suburban Sewer and Septic and it was a three man crew. He was very reassuring and professional. He said that he would come back in a couple of days because it was a Saturday. When he came back, I thought that something seemed wrong so we both dug outside and discovered that there was no leak on the outside. He then broke the line and used his sewer rodder in the cast iron pipe and said it was clogged and then continued to break the cast iron 4in pipe and replaced it with new PVC. I picked up each broken piece of cast iron pipe in the ditch and found that it was clean and was not blocked. Exactly a week later, we had the same problem in my toilet and figured out it was a check valve that would have only cost under $200.00 to fix instead of paying the $5200 to have the cast iron pipe replaced.
