This work was performed at one of our rental properties so I was not present during the repair. However, when an issue arose as to the electrical box needing to be installed in order for the sump pump to operate properly, a call was made to me to authorize. I have used Abrahamson's for several repairs on my rentals. They are always immediately responsive to my needs and the needs of my tenants. I now use them exclusively for all of my heating, air conditioning and plumbing necessities.

They came out immediately because it was real hot, they came out in two hours and replaced it and they were very reasonable. We were expecting a little more but they did what just needed to be done and it was very reasonable. They were very prompt. He was very nice and he explained everything and very considerate.

Abrahamson's trouble shot the furnace that was not working. Without thoroughly analyzing the furnace, they diagnosed the problem to be a very expensive repair, even possibly requiring replace of the furnace. Their estimated cost ran into the thousands of dollars. Luckily we called another HVAC repair service, who did a thorough inspection and found the fault was a defective safety switch costing less than $10 plus labor.

We got a 2nd opinion and the furnace (furnace worked after a tech cleaned a filter inside that he said was a common problem with that furnace) has not needed repair except for a hose leak since...this is a house built in 1940s.... my brother still uses this company even though he told me a story once of how they messed up someones new house system. I'm sure they do good work at times...seems they are high in price. We were kind of angry they almost had us spending 6000 on a house that will be bulldozed probably in the next decade.
