We experienced water in our basement for the first time due to our sump pump failing. We went to Home Advisor and found AUS. They responded quickly late in the evening and a few hours later we had a new sump pump installed and water quickly began recede from our basement. Our tech was amazing and very professional. He left our home just before midnight and had more homes to do. We were very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the repair and would definitely recommend AUS again.

Chris did an excellent job. He was polite and most importantly prompt.

Had water leaking into basement. Chris came promptly, determined cause and fixed it for fair price, some inside work and some sealing outside, done in two different days. Did not try to sell anything not needed. Pleasure to deal with, including that he promptly returned my phone calls.

The whole crew was very polite and friendly. They were here when they said they would be. They kept me informed of the things they were doing and why they were doing them to fix my problem. Chris the owner was very hands on and would stay even after the rest of the crew had left. They did a great job of cleaning up after they were done. I would highly recommend this company.
