I dealt with the owner directly and was able to explain what I wanted. He was very helpful and my carpets were cleaned within 4 days!

2nd time I have used them. As great as the first time. Carpet has animal stains. They did the work efficiently and well. Also spot cleaned another really bad carpet and did a great job. Pleasant fellows. Will hire them again when the rug gets dirty.

We live out of town & hired Clean Care to clean the carpet & wood floors of my son's 1 bedroom apartment. They were extremely flexible and even coordinated with the apartment manager to access & clean the apartment. They then contacted me to let me know the job was done. I can't recommend these guys enough.

They said if there was any problem to let them know and they would come back and fix it.

Very professional and did a great job.

Called within ten minutes of posting with home advisor. H Lucas gave me a quote over the phone. Had another quote from a local company that was $85 more than Clean Care. Carpets look very good, for being older carpeting in the hallway and 3 bedrooms. They also got rid of some major stains in high travel areas. I will hire him again.

They quoted over the phone with my description and that was the final bill. They were able to come right away. My 20+ year old carpets are cleaner than ever and I have cats. I couldn't be more pleased and have already recommended them. The too men that showed up on time were delightful and professional and cleaned up after themselves.

They were very professional and did an excellent job with the carpets. Our 14 year old puppy sometimes forgets she is not outside and has accidents on the carpet. The guys got rid of the stains and odor. I will definitely have them come back to clean our carpets. They did a great job!
