Prompt, knowledgable, clean, friendly, high quality equipment, involved me in process by telling me about the products they were using, even let me smell it. The carpets are old shag with a pet urine problem and they worked diligently to correct the problem. After 36 hours, the carpets are dry and the smell is GONE! Everything looks and feels clean.
