This job required first updated the electrical in our garage to accommodate the lights. He rewired the garage, drilled to install 3 external lights, calibrated them. He is very professional, a pleasure to talk to, explains everything he is doing, gives objective advice. I would call again. I imagine he is quite busy - it can take some time for a home visit.

Dave came via a recommendation from our home inspector as being very good with older homes with plaster walls. We had Dave (and Jarris) do a considerable amount of work in our 1935 home. They replaced old knob & tube wiring as well as moved/replaced/installed fixtures and outlets in ~ half the house. They were very careful to not put any more holes in than needed, and Dave even patched or plastered holes that were created (apparently very rare). We didn't get other quotes so we can't really speak to cost, but it didn't vary too wildly from the estimate (especially considering we added on several things). They worked late to get the job done and were professional the whole time. We're very happy with the work and will absolutely call Renaissance again in the future. I've since recommended them to others as well, and they've also been happy with their work.
