+ -1 moreThey seemed fine in handling the estimate process; I don’t have any issues there. They were professional. However, when I got the price, I almost had a baby. I was just dumbfounded. It was high. I had paid only $2800 for my existing units but it was twelve years back. At the same point, I had gotten a furnace eleven years back at a previous house and that furnace was somewhere between $1800 and $2100. It has gone up by 75% and that is a huge hike. I understand that prices have gone up but they were telling me some other things that were not necessary.
Description of Work: I got a quote from JMC Heating Refrigeration AC in March on a furnace and an air conditioner.

+ 0 moreI am confident enough that I let my tenants phone him directly. He calls me to tell me that he has received a service request, makes the repair, and mails me the bill to pay afterward.
Description of Work: I have used Mitchell several times and have been quite happy with his service. I use him for electrical problems that occur in my C-U properties. I am not there to carefully observe his performance, but he doesn't seem to take advantage of me. His price is fair, not a bargain, but he gets it fixed the first time, which is comforting for my tenants. He has replaced CO detectors, replaced breakers, and fixed electrical switches for me.
