+ -1 moreImperial Pools did an excellent job quality-wise. I have full confidence in the work that they did, and they backed it with a 5 year warranty. They really could improve their communications... often I was never sure when they were going to show up. I do understand that a lot of the work we needed done was weather dependent, but I only knew they were planning to show up about half the time. The other issue is that they juggle multiple jobs at once and some of their priorities appear to be dictated by the size of the job - which is understandable, but frustrating when you're a "smaller job" like we were

Description of Work: They evaluated my pool for repair/replacement. When I didn't give a deposit the day of evaluation without a detailed quote , I haven't heard from Imperial Pools again except to receive an unexpected invoice for the evaluation.
