Description of Work: I asked for an estimate for replacing the heating duct work in the house. Jeremy is very professional and pleasant to talk to, knew his business, but just never got back to me. Which I think probably means that he's swamped with business as there are so few good HVAC people in our area.

 + 1 moreThe last service was free because they installed the generator. The staff is always good. When they finished, they left the area the same way they found it. They are always good at solving problems. I would definitely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I use Allen House for both plumbing and electrical. The last time I used them, they did some service on the whole house generator that I have.

sewer cleaning
 + -1 moreOriginally, I noticed I had a floor drain that was not working properly. Shortly after that, I saw the sewer clean out pipe was dripping which prompted me to contact Allenhouse. They cleaned the line to the street and made sure the drains were properly working before finishing with the job. There has been no more dripping and the floor drain is working perfectly.

 + -1 moreJeremy from Allenhouse was very polite and prompt. He answered my many questions without hesitation, and didn't seem to be bothered by my (many) questions. I would highly recommend Allenhouse to anyone needing any kind of heating and cooling work. He worked long hours daily to ensure we wouldn't have to survive too long without heat. He even drove 2 hours to get a furnace for us, rather than waiting another day for it to be shipped to him. He is wonderful.
Description of Work: Our furnace quit working, and in the middle of February in Illinois, that's not good. I called Allenhouse, and Jeremy came over (on a Sunday morning) to inspect it. He told us we would have to replace it, then worked with our insurance company to get us a new one. He did all of the leg work with our insurance for us. I will not call any other heating and cooling company for repairs, Allenhouse is fantastic!
