I would like to thank the guys from high caliber plastering for a excellent job of taping and finishing our basement project. Very nice guys to talk to and very professional. Gene came to repair a wall that had been damaged by a leak. He did a very nice job on the repair, unfortunately he repaired right over a wall that was still very wet. Either he did not notice that the insulation and studs were still quite wet or he didn’t consider it his responsibility to bring to my attention. Regardless, a week later the entire wall had to be pulled off and replaced inside and out. It was completely rotted and still wet.

They were polite and really knew their stuff. The crack developed in an unusual way. They examined the area and thoughtfully came up with a plan that addressed the problem. When they arrived they made sure every surface was covered and were very mindful of their equipment and supplies. When finished they cleaned it all up. Even getting my broom and dustpan to sweep up a few crumbles that (I didn't notice but he did) that had fallen on the kitchen tile. Any way a good experience and will certainly use them again. I actually got an estimate for drywall in my basement.

They not only fixed our current problem but identified and corrected a problem in the making. Very pleased with their prompt and efficient service.
