Description of Work: I was first referred to Bob, the owner of the business, when I had a yellow jacket problem under my front stoop. He traveled quite a distance from his business to my home and immediately took care of the problem. From that point on I developed a quarterly treatment plan with him so that he comes out to my home four times a year and sprays for insects, etc. Bob always contacts me by phone when it is time for my service and he has always shown up when he says he will show up. Bob has been doing this now for me for at least five years and I could not be more pleased. There is a dramatic reduction in spiders and other insects that seem to make their way into my home during the summer months. I trust Bob and his company so completely that I have given him access to my garage and my home so that he can service my residence even if I am away. Throughout the years I have established a friendship with Bob and consider to be as trustworthy as they come.

Beloit~ABOUT AN HOUR LATER, BOB WAS AT OUR DOOR !! He Explained EVERY Step To Me~~SO VERY POLITE; Ask PREMISSION ""BEFORE"" he preformed any step !! BOB IS A WONDERFUL PERSON, and A EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL~~KNOWS HIS JOB and GETS the JOB DONE !! Called Bob on Wed. Sept. 1, 2010~~~BEES ARE GONE THURSDAY, SEPT. 2, 2010 !! NEAT, CLEAN, CHARMING, and A GENTEMAN ~~ I WOULD TRUST BOB and SWAT, TO COME TO OUR HOME, WITHOUT MYSELF, OR MY HUSBAND, BEING PRESENT !!
