We started this business in 2009 after doing it out of our homes for a few years with high success and a steady stream of dedicated clients. We are fully insured. We offer FREE pickup and drop off if needed within the Rockford - Loves Park area. Angie list members can receive up to 20% off of labor charges on repair services. Based on previous reviews on Angie's list, I chose Rockford PC after comparing their prices with the competition, which averages about 10-15% less. Although their shop is small, and they don't sell anything like accessories, I plan to use them again for my desktop pc which has slowed down recently.
Description of Work: Got my laptop running after it crashed. They also installed a new battery, which is included in the total cost.

I called all over the City of Rockford to find someone who would look at a Macbook computer which needed repair. No one would even look at it until I called Rockford PC. I was very satisifed with their work and definitely would use them again.
Description of Work: I had been unable to find anyone in the Rockford area who would even look at a Macbook computer to repair it. Rockford PC said they did repair Apple products. I dropped the Macbook computer off, and received a call a day later. The mother board needed replacement. I had the computer back repaired after a few days with no problems. I was very satisified with their service, and it was great to find out that there is someone in the Rockford area who can repair a Macbook computer.

My Computer started running really slow and then started getting pop ups wanting me to buy some kind of virus software. I took it into Rockford PC and they explained that was in itself a virus and I asked them to clean it out. I had the computer back around 10 AM the next day. I am pretty sure it is twice as fast as when I took it into them.Virus Removal
