Kinovate Heating, Cooling and Indoor Air Quality

I was probably a difficult customer since I had my own ideas on what should be done. Kinovate listened to me and accommodated my wishes. The new furnace was installed expertly and efficiently. We had a little trouble with the new duct work since my house is old and the first attempt using the joist space as the return ducts couldn't be sealed because of existing wires and pipes. When I complained about the leaks they solved the problem by running closed metal ducts instead. The new system worked well during the recent -26 degree F polar vortex and kept the temperature throughout my house to 70 degrees F

The Guy was suppose to be here at 8:00am but didn't show up until almost 9:00am. The tech. started the job and did a good job of opening the vents, however, when the job was completed and the tech left. I had to clean two supply vents in the upstairs and down stairs bathrooms. I also had to replace one cover on a return duct. Needless to say we had dust all over the bathrooms. We called the owner and he came out to our house and told us that he would explain to the tech what he had done wrong. That's it. My wife doesn't think the owner was responsive enough and didn't understand how much we were inconvenienced because of the incomplete job the company provided.

i called kinovate on a tuesday, and he came the next day. stuart found the problem and had it fixed in an hour. he was friendly and courteous. very clean.

Tear out and install was clean and orderly and done in 1 day. The 2 man crew consisted of Stuart (owner) and 1 employee. I was originally going to just replace the central air. But with the rebates that were available at the time I decided to upgrade the whole system. The system I had installed is probably a little more than I needed for my home. Hopefully it will give me energy savings on heating and cooling for years to come. The furnace runs very quiet compared to the old one and I would expect the same from the air.

From the time I called the company to the completion it was a very pleasant experience with the company. The quote over the phone was right on when they showed up and completed the work. The Technician was very professional and took care to explain and complete the job on time as explained to me over the phone. When I need this service done again I would call Kinovate first. There would be no need to call anyone else.

I had a fabulous experience with this Contractor. I feel like they are very trustworthy and can be confident that their work will be done right the first time. They were very responsive from the first time I had contacted them and they completed the job very quickly with quality workmanship. I recommend this company to anyone looking for an HVAC Contractor and will continue to use them for any future needs.

They were a little late. They were also supposed to perform a free duct inspection with a coupon we had, which my husband forgot to ask about and they didn't say anything about it either. Overall good service. They gave us pretty good discount for prepaying our furnace check and cleaning for the fall, which we did, so we will be using them again.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I made an appointment and the technician showed up on time. He was very polite and informative. He explained exactly what he would be doing and also said he would check my ducts and perform an indoor air test at no addtional charge. It took him about an hour to clean my AC unit. After he was finished, he explained the work he had done and also added a small amount of freon. Using a camera, he showed me what the inside of my ducts looked like. He also performed an indoor air quality test. After going over the results, we discussed several available options for both duct cleaning and improving the quality of my indoor air. At no time did I feel pressured into purchasing additional equipment and/or services. The technician also left my house as clean as it was before he got there. I definitely recommend Kinovate to anyone looking for heating, cooling and indoor quality work!!
