Fred was wonderful to work with. I started thinking about remodeling my kitchen in 2011. He came out then and gave me an estimate, but it took me another year and a half to make my decision. When I finally came up with a decision I called Fred back and he came right out and gave me another estimate for the work. He also helped me determine if the cooktop and the oven that I wanted to purchase would fit together, something no one else could could do even the other contractors i talked to or the salesman at the store. He also helped me make a decision about fixing a problem I had with my floor. I had some special requests and all were delivered perfectly. For one, I wanted all of the upper and lower cabinets to be 3 inches deeper than normal. I wanted all drawers. I also wanted full overlay to include the oven. The oven fits like a glove. I don't know how he could have gotten it so perfect. I also wanted a certain stain and a glaze. He got the color perfectly. I made a mistake when I had the electrician put in my under cabinet wiring. It left a tiny hole on the side of one of the upper cabinets. Fred suggested that he add a trim piece. At first I though it would look terrible but it's so pretty and he added it to all of the cabinets so it looks like it's a finishing detail. He thinks of everything! These cabinets are made from scratch. You pick out the door style ,type of wood, color and finish. That can be an overwhelming decision but the finished product is exactly what you want. I was so nervous and hesitant about having someone make something from scratch and pick out the stain, that Fred took me to one of the houses he was working on. It was beautiful. I was sold! Once the contract was signed I was given a tentative installation date. I new from the start it would probably be delayed since anything could go wrong when making things from scratch. My installation date was postponed around 2 1/2 weeks do to some equipment failure. That was ok with me, I would rather wait and have it done right. Fred was very easy to work with. There were a couple of problems (like the equipment) but he is very honest and will tell you what is going on. The installation went very fast. It only took about 4 hours. Most of the cabinets are built as large one piece sections. There are not like other brands like Holiday, Dura Supreme or Ultracraft that have to be screwed together on the job site. They look beautiful. Very happy with entire process start to finish!!!!
