 + -1 moreOutstanding job from start to finish. John and Stacy (a wonderful husband and wife) arrived exactly on time. They were cheerful, friendly, fun to be around, and most importantly, really knew their stuff! John took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it, giving us a much better understanding of our system and how it works. We were grateful for the education that came with the expertise. We will definitely be call Janssen Pool SVC again for anything pool related. A first-rate family business that really seems to care about their customers. Great service at a fair price.
Description of Work: John and Stacy removed our old pool pump and heater, installed a new pump and a new heater, ran all the piping and hoses, and fired up our pool for the season.

Description of Work: I called and left two messages about getting an estimate to check out a pool on a house my family is looking to buy. I never received a call back one way or the other. If you are not interested in a job or it is a service you do not offer, at least call back and say so.

Description of Work: did open pool at a great rate, on time, and was very nice to work with. I had trouble with the heater. He took it apart to see what was wrong. It was the fan. He got an estimate of the cost of the part. We had agreed if the part was more than $200.00 I would not get the heater fixed. I only used it 3 times the year before. He let me know the part was almost $400.00 - his cost. He came back, put the heater back together and didn't charge anything extra for his work. Everyone in the area is charging $350.00 just to open pools. I would rather drain it and fill it with dirt and plant a tree before I pay that kind of money for about 40 minutes of work. Don even did a few extra things with no added cost. I wouldn't have anyone else than Don Janssen work with my pool. Very professional group of people!!!
