+ -1 moreI have read mixed reviews on Granite Transformations at different locations, but I can say that the location in Machesny Park that I received service from was excellent. The professionalism was outstanding, starting with the first phone call from Domonique. Everything was done when they said it would be done and the end results are beautiful, I couldn't be happier.

Description of Work: We had a new granite top put on our kitchen island mainly for cosmetic reasons. We wanted to spruce up the kitchen, because all the countertops and the island were the same. The new top on the island adds to the look in the kitchen.

+ -1 moreA sweet install with an awesome experience that I participated in by doing the plumbing and electrical, as, I am a handyman by trade with my own business. All appointment dates and times met our needs and expectations!
Description of Work: Detail the design, layout templates and install granite counter-tops with coordinated back-splash. There were 3 different services performed for us.The sales group come to our aid by bringing design ideas along with all the color and material samples. We confirmed our choices that we had originally made while visiting the office and meeting the staff.The layout group come to do a template of the counters and confirm the information gathered by sales.The installation crew was prompt and professional. They even stayed a little later then "normal" to complete the install as promised, in one day, and made the required minor fix to the back-splash that was needed at the stove / microwave and cabinet.

+ -1 moreGreat--in the fall I am planning on using their services for my bathroom. No pressure during the initial process I had to change the installation date a few times because of my crazy schedule
Description of Work: First appointment to draw the plans and select the surface and sink I wanted, second appointment to do the template for the countertops (45 minutes). Third appoint was the installation ---plumber arrived first and removed the sink, quickly followed by the installers --who to my surprise was one of the owners ( a wonderful way to have quality control)-the countertops were took about 5 hours, the plumber returned for the hook up process and it was completed. All in one day --everyone arrived on time and knew what to do ----very nice experience.
