Description of Work: I have used Gary Mlsna & Son several times. I have rental houses that they have installed heating/ central air units in. I have had April Air installed in my own home as well as routine maintenance services. I had gotten an opinion from another Rockford business. That man said the furnace in question was bad and needed to be replaced. I called Gary Mlsna & Son for a second opinion. Boy, am I glad I did! The furnace had a minor problem and was fixed right away. It is still running just fine today--this was about 8 years ago. Gary Mlsna & Son are honest. They are not the cheapest company, they don't advertise much and they do not put coupons out for their service like the company that tried to tell me that my furnace was beyond repair does. With the excellent service & honesty that Gary Mlsna and Son provide, they get business based on their reputation and from referrals from satisfied customers like myself.
