Answered call immediately, even though it was early Friday evening after business hours. Showed up shortly after taking the call and got right to work. Staff were a soothing presence in a stressful situation, a pleasure to work with. They left their huge fans and dehumidifier in the basement for the weekend and everything dried just as explained. The staff returned when the insurance adjuster came the following week to coordinate. He also removed all the machines then. They then suggested options for cleaning the filthy stairway carpeting. (Bottom square area on the basement floor had been squishy like a water loaded sponge.) The carpet cleaning group came and did a superlative job -- much better than expected. They even got an ancient, resistant stain clean. (My Rug Doctor had leaked dirty water there. That stain was impossible to remove. I tried everything.) Could not have done a better job. This was simply superlative all around
