 + -1 moreHe was slow to get the information needed and fast to want money. Unfortunately I gave some of the moneyup front because I really believed the work would be done. Unfortunately it did not work that way and now he will not answer my calls and so far has not returned the money. I have learned to know more before going through this type of situation again. However, in the meantime, I would not recommend giving Mike Luke, owner of this company, any money up front. I don't know about quality of work since none was done. I also recommends running criminal/civil checks before using anyone for anything in this town again! It is easy to do online with the Winnebago Circuit Court Site
