Description of Work: My 18 year old air conditioner went out and Mike recharged it to see if he could get it working. I had company coming so was a bit panicked. It worked for a day and then no more. He scheduled me within 4 days and installed a new unit. He is very knowledgeable about systems and tried to make it a less expensive repair, but unfortunately, my air conditioner was shot so had to be replaced.

Description of Work: Carlson and his son came the day after we called, discussed the different types of furnaces available, and gave us an estimate for a new 96% efficient furnace. Their price was less than another estimate we received for the same type of furnace. They installed the furnace on an agreed upon date and came at exactly the time they said they would.
