It went great! Jairo arrived on time with two strong helpers. The job was done in less than an hour and looked great. He even brought mulch which I was not expecting. Very professional. I would utilize their services again!

Wonderful. The team worked quickly and the workers were careful to make adjustments I requested without extra charges. The result is amazing. They selected the plants to use and I couldn't be happier. Just terrific and at a very reasonable price. I bought them dinner as extra thanks.

We are very happy with our landscaping that was done and water drainage problems that were addressed. Contractor met with us and gave an idea of what he would like to do and then presented us with a digital landscape plan before starting our project. Was open to our feedback and any changes we requested. Easy to work with and very organized from start to cleanup.

The job went great, and I was very pleased with the yard cleanup and planting.

The quality of the work was exceptional. The project was completed on time. The workers were punctual, clean, and hard working. The owner of the company was present every day and responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely hire them again.

I hired him to install pavers for my new patio. He required that I first give him a 10% deposit to reserve a spot on his a schedule, and then I was to pay him 50% of the balance once the work begins. He called me about a week before the work was set to commence warning me that he may not have the pavers to complete the job, because his suppliers were having shipment delays. He insisted that he start the job as scheduled, and receive the other 50% of the balance — and once he receives the pavers shipment, in a week or so, he'll come back and finish the work. I told him just wait until he has the pavers before he starts the work. He then said that it may take a few weeks before he gets the pavers. At that point I just told him to cancel the whole thing and refund me my $1500.00 deposit. He refused to give me a refund, saying that he will use my $1500.00 to pay restocking fees for the canceled order. I would never recommend this contractor to anyone. Stay away from him folks. Don't let this guy scam you out of your money, too.

Claimed the deal for 100 sq. ft. of pavers @$1,000. He came out to estimate the job with demolition and it came in at 4.5x that price. Asked for a written quote -- never provided.

Jairo and team were very responsive. Job was scheduled quickly and only took 2.5 days to complete. New patio looks great! Highly recommend Yuritzy J&E Landscaping.

Yuri was very responsive. The pavers look wonderful! The grass is good! Came to do the work when he said he would, and finished so quickly! Totally would hire again!!!!

They had to go around our septic tank for the patio and did a really nice design. They later redid our front porch with paver brick. We would highly recommend them and we would definitely hire them again.

We have been customers for years and been very pleased with the work. Service has been timely, professional and reasonably priced.

Jairo showed up early to an all day job. it rained all day yet him and his crew got the job done. my front yard looks beautiful and transformed the look of my house. after that, I asked him to clean up my backyard for fall and it turned out incredible!! would definitely recommend!

They have been ignoring all of my calls and the letter that I sent them.

We've just had the same people Yuritzy for years. They're responsive whenever I call them. They make time to do take care of it. I guess what they could do better is the fine point. So, if you want something done like weeds or whatever, your see the weeds, but you have to ask them to do or they won't cut the grass.

I will use them again in the future.

Called this Company on 9/10/14 and left a voice mail indicating what we wanted to have done, and the number they could call. It is now 9/15/14, and still no call. Must be too busy. Or maybe, I'm expecting too much?

In response to my request, Jonathan, the young man set by Yuritzy to examine my back yard in order to prepare an estimate for sodding, arrived promptly and our relationship was affable thoughout. After obtaining the measurements and other requirements on that afternoon of Friday, August 22, he said his father would call me with the cost estimate on either the following day, Saturday, or on the next Monday. After Monday passed with no call received, I dialed the Yuritzy phone number to inquire. The lady who answered said I had to talk to Jonathan and gave me a number to reach him, which I presumed was his cell-phone number. Calling that number, a recorded voice told me to leave a message and a number for a callback, which I did. Receiving no callback, I called the Yuritzy number again the next day and again was given the same cell phone number as before, which I called again and got the same recorded message. After yet another day, or possibly two, I called a third time and left a third message which, like the others, was never returned. While I am well appreciative of the fact that Yuritzy was, and is, under no obligation, moral or otherwise, to accept a job they didn't want, it is my opinion that their initial failure to call me and their continued failure to return my calls was an unjustifiable breach of professional conduct. I am having my sodding job done now by another source.

They were inconsistent. Didn't communicate well and I had a generally rough time in trying to get them to do what I had asked. The prices charged and the billing were terrible to deal with.

I have used them for a couple of years. However, service has declined in that time. I have called several times this winter about things left unshoveled. In the spring and summer, they do the very basics but rarely till the flower beds as requested.

Yuritzy has always done good work for us, and their price is great. They perform basic lawn maintenance functions, but we have used them for some other landscaping projects too. The quality of the work has always been good, and they show up each week as needed. The only concern I have is communication with the staff if extra work or something out of the ordinary, though once the project is described, we have not been disappointed.

I had called several contractors before getting this project started. Yuritzy wasn't the lowest cost, but I felt comfortable with the contractor. His crew was on time everyday and completed the job on time as he had quoted. My only complaint was that his crew took my extension cord by mistake and it took several calls and days to get it back.

Very disappointed--they obviously don't want new business.

I called Yuritzy on July 15, 2012, to come out and give me an estimate on yard work and clean up. They responded quickly and came out on the 16th. I called them approximately a week later and left a message stating I was accepting their proposal. After a couple of days, they returned my call and said they were very busy and get back to me the following week. I waited a week and received no call. I called them again and left another message, since they never answer the phone, and asked when they would be out to my home to do the work. I have yet to receive a call. I find this to be very unprofessional and I will not call them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Called Yuritzy on a Thursday to come and mow only the front lawn the next day (Friday). No one ever showed. I called them again to ask where they were. The man who answered said he'd call his guy and check and then call me back in five minutes (there were children screaming in the background). An hour went by and he hadn't called. I called him again and he hung up on me! The next morning (Saturday) I saw a man on a stand-up riding lawnmower going up and down my street. I asked if he needed directions and he said he was looking for my address and he was from Yuritzy. When I asked him how much they were charging he said he didn't know. He mowed the front, but never cleaned up. Will NEVER use them again.
