emergency call Saturday morning, came within 30 minutes of call (actually having someone answering on Saturday was great), professional, excellent and fast work (and dry sense of humour :-)), gave us advice regarding other issues - certainly we'll call again the same company (and the plumber, T-J)

John the plumber was quite competent and professional in all respects. But I felt his fees was too high, $ 25.00 for a service call and $120.00 for the actual work. In general I feel that one should not be charged if work is performed.

The company is incredibly easy to deal with and always on time. They call to give you a heads up they are on the way. TJ, has been out to our place a couple times and he is really great. Super friendly and professional. He gave me a couple options on sump pump replacements as well as re-set our toilet perfectly. He was kind enough to walk through house with me to determine if there were any more problems we didn't realize. Overall very pleased with Morning Noon and Night and will definitely use them again.

Our hot water heater died, was leaking water all over the floor. We didn't have hot water for a few days but then the Morning, Noon and Night came and put in a new power vent hot water heater and also reviewed other plumbing issues with us (we didn't get those done though - we're a bit of DIYers when we can). It took them 6 hours so I'm glad we didn't try to do it ourselves. They finally finished at 9pm and we were happy to have our hot water back.

They showed up and did the work and everything worked out great.

I don't recommend calling this company on a Friday or Saturday night. The plumber used pressure and scare tactics to convince me to replace a pump that was simply clogged with lint. He then went through my house putting up stickers and magnets for his company. I later found out from Perma-Seal that I had paid twice as much as retail for the pump listed on the invoice.

They were a little expensive compared to others. They came quickly and got me the estimate. The guy was personable. I haven't had any problems.

The guy who came was smart. He knew what he was talking about. I did not go with them. I spoke to about 6 companies, and I went with the company I was most impressed with. However, Morning Noon & Night were good. Every estimate I got for this job was in the same range. I was quite impressed with him. The guy was little rough at some edges, but he was very intellectual. He was kind of active and was interested in research and diagnosis. He spent quality time with me, and he was curious. I will definitely consider using them in the future.

They assessed the job and came back the next day. I don't think they did a fantastic job. They were supposed to clean out the catch basin and they didn't. They said they did, but they didn't. They charged $450 and I called and complained and they sent me back $150. I brought in another plumber who said they did very little. They did refund some of my money but had I not complained I don't think they would have.

At 11 p.m. on Christmas Eve we discovered 2 feet of water in our basement and, though we shut down the water to the building, it continued to pour in. We called several plumbers and Morning Noon and Night responded first. TJ showed up an hour or 2 later (around 1 a.m.) and told us what he thought the problem was after a quick survey of the situation and within 5 minutes of arriving. He carefully went over the cost of his services with us and was honest that it was not going to be cheap (which we realized was a given before he showed up given the situation). He also made it clear that he could be wrong about what he thought the problem was, in which case, it was going to be a lot more expensive. Luckily, his first idea was correct. We ended up having to replace the sump pump that night too because our old pump went into vapor lock and could not be restarted. I think TJ could have charged us a lot more money than he did (as there are not a lot of choices when you have 2 feet of water in your basement at 1 a.m. on Christmas day) but that he performed the work with integrity, knowledge, expertise and care. He stayed until the water was clearly going down and offered us suggestions as to what to do to ensure this doesn't happen again. I highly recommend TJ and Morning Noon and Night, especially if you have an emergency situation. TJ's expertise and knowledge helped take some of the stress out of the situation because he explained to us what was going on and answered our questions clearly.

Great. Provided several options to consider. Arrived when scheduled and worked efficiently to completre repair.

THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT, BUT PRICEY. THEY ARE AN EMERGENCY PLUMBING COMPANY.
