Description of Work: Ran a new pipe from our house to the sewer line.

Description of Work: Rodded out outside clean out to the street and to the building. We explained clean water was dropping into the basement from the bathroom area above. Artie looked at the piping. No water pipes were leaking and he could hear and see waste water was moving out to the street. He did not feel the waste line needed to be rodded out. He suggested and we discussed other possibilities, but we requested that he go ahead and rod the waste line. Because a rental unit is involved, we could not enter the apartment without notice, since this was not an emergency. Artie took the time to explain other reasons for the water. He was friendly and courtious. He only rodded the waste line at our request and Artie did not try to talk us into anything that may have lead to a costly repair.

Description of Work: Solved our garbage disposal problem easily and showed me how to fix it in the future. Scheduled another visit for our hot water heater because the first plumber was not familiar with our type of heater. That visit replaced our 15 year old heater with a new one with easier to understand maintenance issues. Total cost was right to the penny on the estimate. One last issue was a leak. We decided to monitor the area where the leak occurred. So far no problem but the problem appears to be with our dishwasher. Dishwashers were not on their list so I will seek another service provider for that problem.

Description of Work: Cleaned out catch basin, rodded main sewer line. Crew came on time and worked quickly. Procedures and results were explained thoroughly.

Description of Work: Our main sewer line from the catch basin to the street was clogged, about a 110 foot run, as a result of roots growing into the line from the nearby trees. Called morning noon and night on Saturday morning and they said they could be there in the afternoon. While I was waiting they called two times to let me know where they were at, and with my okay, came early. Servicemen Nathan was courteous and competent and took care of the job in about an hour.

Description of Work: T.J. with Morning Noon and Night actually provided services on 12/8/12 and 2/4/13. He was very prompt and very knowledgeable and completed each service on the same day that he arrived. He left the areas completely clean when he was done. On 12/8/12 - He repaired the sump pump in the basement, cleaned bath tub drain and repaired bath tub faucet. On 2/5/13 - He installed a new kitchen faucet and replaced old pipes in the kitchen sink. He did an excellent job both times, and everything is running very well. I am very impressed with the quality of TJ's work and will definitely hire him again for any future plumbing needs.
