+ -1 moreJohn Wilburn arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a frozen screen that I wrongfully put on the outside exhaust pipe. He then did an excellent inspection and cleaning of my furnace components. He has such a great, calm, pleasant, yet professional attitude. Very reasonable cost for the work. Really dedicated to doing a excellent job.
Description of Work: No heat coming from furnace blower on a very cold day.

+ -1 moreMy central air conditioner stopped working on a Friday. I called Wilburn Heating. They agreed to come out 9:00 a.m. Saturday morning the next day to inspect and repair it. John arrived promptly on time with an excellent friendly attitude. After inspection, he said it needed an electrical part. He had one in his van and replaced the defective part. The whole process took 1 hour. The price was very reasonable. It was a hot day and the repair was done before it got too hot outside. The very best: friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. I will definitely call Wilburn Heating for any future furnace or air conditioning work. I highly recommend them.
