Description of Work: I've used Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services. They did some plumbing repair for me.

Description of Work: Replaced an ejector pump that failed the day before we were closing on the sale of our home.

Description of Work: Kitchen drain line was clogged. Roto-Rooter was found on Angie's list and was emailed from the listing to contact me with a quote for the described clog. I received an email and phone the next day with the cost and an appointment time that morning. Promptly came notifying me that the service man would be in the area shortly. The plumber checked the drain line in the basement first to determine where the clog was occurring in the line. He showed me the dip in the drain line that most probably where food particles over the years was accumulating. With their 60' rooter the drain line was cleared. Have had no problems with drain and was very pleased with their inspection and remedy. Would recommend them to anyone with a clogged drain problem. (The technician left his pipe wrench from the job and am still waiting for him to pick it up. Maybe an added bonus to the call for help?)

Description of Work: Our kitchen and laundry room sinks were backed up. The technician had to clear about 25 ft. of drain to get it open. He was very professional, prompt and gave tips on how to avoid the same situation again since the water and garbage from the disposal have so far to travel to empty into the main drain. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Cleaned out the sewer line which had caused the kitchen sink to stop draining. The worker arrived promptly the same day that I called them, and completed the work successfully. He cleaned up after himself and was professional and friendly. The cost for this service seems high for the time and effort involved and when compared to other drain cleaning vendors.

Description of Work: I called the day after Easter for a seriously clogged sink. A service person (Craig, I believe) arrived within the hour and fixed two main drains which needed service. I had a very positive experience.

Description of Work: Afternoon before Thanksgiving, I had a severely plugged toilet. I called a Chuck the Plumber ad in the newspaper and was told everyone was gone for the day and couldn't get to me till Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. He did say he would call me Friday. He didn't. I guess he didn't need the money or lacked ambition. Not trusting Chuck's laissez faire attitude and knowing I could not wait until Friday, I immediately went to the yellow pages and called Rotor Rooter. I had someone there within an hour and a half. He was professional, pleasant, and had the job done in minutes. No fuss, no mess. He also gave us advice on what type of toilet tissue to use to keep a clean drain. I will definitely call them with future plumbing issues.
