Description of Work: My hot water heater went out on a Saturday morning and they arrived within an hour. It was a difficult installation because there is no basement, just a small utility room. Unfortunately, the hot water heater was installed so that access to other plumbing and electrical was almost impossible. If any work had to be done, the hot water heater would have to be removed. I called Monday morning with this concern and by 2:30 pm it was re-installed in a better location. No problems with the issue at all. I was pleased with their response.
