+ -1 morePunctual,polite and professional.They hauled away my old unit and installed a new one.Every one I worked with was easy to get along with and friendly.The installer went over everything in detail with me.He cleaned up and hauled away everything.

+ -1 more. I was glad to no longer do business with Culligan.
Description of Work: My rented water softener from Culligan stopped regenerating itself. I called for service and they sent someone who argued with me at my front door that I didn't know what I was talking about. He reluctantly went to check on the machine and determined that it needed a new part. He proceeded to fix it, and slammed my front door each time he went in and out. He was very hostile and I was very nervous to be alone with him in my house. A few months after it was "fixed" it stopped regenerating again so I called for service and the service manager argued with me, so I told them to pick it up.

+ -1 moreWe decided to go with them a while ago because they were able to give us a new water softener unit and they could install that. They just seem like the best people at the time when we checked it out. We did not have to spend any money today because we rent the unit from them.
Description of Work: Rock Valley Culligan changed the reverse osmosis filter in my unit for water.
