We were treated very professionally from the start in their showroom working with Julie, who has been with the company for over 15 years, to their outside rep Dave, who made sure the correct sized door and components would be ordered, to the installer Ray who did a great job removing our old door and installing the new one. They weren't the lowest price, but not that much more than the nearest competitor, plus, by all appearances, the quality of the door exceeded that competitor. We are very pleased and recommend Raynor Door Authority in Loves Park, IL without reservation.

Overall, my experience was excellent. They were very timely. They did a good job. They told me what they were gonna do. They were very open about it. They represented themselves very professionally. Their responsiveness was excellent. I would absolutely use them in the future.

The technician was polite, on time and completed the job in less then 30 minutes.

Technician came earlier than expected. He had a problem with clearance, solved that and installed the opener. He oiled the rollers and spring, checked operation.

Got the job done but the day after after I noticed a loud noise when the door opened and found that a nut, bolt, and rubber stop fell out because it wasn't tightened down. I replaced it and afterwards it worked fine. For the price a little better workmanship would be expected. Haven't had any trouble since.

The sales person, Julie, was quite helpful in choosing the right doors and opener. A serviceman came out to check the sizes and garage opening before ordering. The installer was very professional.

1st visit they did not have connect parts. on the truck put in temporary fix. Then came back 4days later to complete the permanent repair.

First the guy came and put a temporary support on the garage door so it could still be used for about 2 weeks B4 the new door could be installed. When I didn't hear from Raynor I called after 2 weeks went by to find out the status of my garage door. Dave Banks set me up right away for an installment date just 4 days away. Jeff came about 1/2 hour later than the appointment but went to work right away. The door was up and running within 2 1/2 hours. Jeff also helped me program a new garage remote I bought. I am very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of Raynor. My only complaint (and it's minor) was no one called me to set up the appointment to install the garage door.

The repairman checked the problem fixed right away was pleasant and done in about 1/2 hr. Did great job.

My new spring came off the garage door as it closed the night before. I called and left a voice mailto let them know what happened and to see how fast they could come out to fix it, and stated it should be under warranty. I called when they opened the next morning at 6:45am, and they said they would have someone out within the hour. They came out and replace the spring with a smaller gauge spring that he said would lessen the impact of the door closing against the garage floor. The repair was done quickly and done well. I have had no further problems.

I really thought that the salesman was great and the workers who installed the door were great. The door is nice and it works fine other than a leak in between the two panels. I have contacted them to fix the leak in the door and have unfortunately not gotten very far with a response on having them fix the leak. I really liked the people I dealt with at first, but am worried that he may not get back with me to fix the repair.

The garage spring broke the prior Friday, 1/13. We alerted our landlord who then contacted Raynor to make arrangements to meet me for the repair the following Monday. A repairman arrived first thing Monday morning exactly on time. He got right to work after introductions and was finished replacing the spring in only 10 minutes! He confirmed that all payment arrangements were prearranged by their office with our landlord. Although I cannot rate the costs involved (covered by our landlord), their willingness to work with our landlord, who lives out of town, was very much appreciated.
