As busy as he has been for the last week. Dave didn't abandon this job or claim being too busy, which he was. He found time on a Saturday to install my garage heater

These guys came out on a Saturday afternoon and did not charge anything extra for an after hours/weekend call. My furnace had to be replaced and they were able to come back on Monday and do it. Getting a whole new furnace installed that quickly, just after the cold weather had hit, was awesome and I couldn’t be more grateful. Plus, the guys who came out were so friendly and helpful. These guys are going to be my heating/cooling guys from now on!

If you want somebody you can depend on DON'T call these guys and don't believe the 5 star rating, it doesn't apply. If they schedule an appt they are not going to show up or call you back.

Was contacted within 5 minutes of choosing them on HomeAdvisor. Owner was courteous and professional and I received a quote immediately and an appointment the next day. I received an email confirming my appointment shortly after. The next morning I received an email stating the technician was on their way. The technician was very friendly and professional, and gave me a thorough explanation of all details of the work. Charges were fair and the work was completed very quickly.

Great company, minus the lady you set up your appt. with. She said that there was a $80 service call. Said ok. But I was also told by her that if they were hired, the $80 would go towards the price of the total cost. She the next day called and left a voicemail, because she said i was lying about the $80. And that all calls were taped. I called her and said please play the taped phone call on speaker, and if i made mistake, i would pay ASAP. She said the customers never can hear the taped conversation that way. So i told her i will come into the company so i could listen to the tape. I know what she told me exactly. So she went on to say she deleted the taped conversation? So she lied about everything. But the company is a great company. But just because of her, not sure if i would use them again, unless i set up a appt. with someone else. Liked I said though, its a good company...

Heath came over immediately even in a non emergency situation. He was very professional and courteous. He did a good quality of work and I will definitely recommend him to others and for rehire. Thanks Heath.

Very good response time. I had an emergency on my air, about 4:30pm on Thur, when it was very hot. I made 6 calls,they were awnsered by 5. Came same day and fixed it for a Good Price.

Dave come on Friday night and fixed our A/C so we can survive 100 degree night until he come on Saturday and changed whole unit with affordable pricing. I will definitely recommend Dave and his company for honesty and excellent job what they did at our house.

This company does not take the price of a service call off the total bill if you have them do the work, this is usually standard practice & was disappointing to me.
